If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them within 14 days of purchase in a new and unused condition. It is highly recommended to try shoes on a clean and soft (rug/carpet) surface.
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.) Shipping costs, on returns, are the customer's responsibility. We cannot refund shipping charges. The Client must send proof of purchase of the products along with the products.
We DO NOT accept the return of special occasion (dress shoes) or clearance products.
We DO NOT provide a refund if no record of sale (receipt) is available. • Gift Card charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. • The returned item(s) must be as received and unaltered, in their original boxes, and original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with the plastic tag attached to the product. We will not accept returns or exchanges on products that are damaged or have signs of use. Returned products that are damaged or with some signs of use will not be refunded.

RESTOCKING FEE: A restocking fee of 15% of the item(s) returned will be applied. It will be deducted from the refund you receive for that return.
RISK OF LOSS: The risk of loss for all items purchased from Healthy Shoes for Kids passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
